Payments are securely processed through authorized payment gateways. KUH is not responsible for payment gateway failures.

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative only. Delays caused by logistics partners, weather, strikes, or force majeure are beyond our control.

Returns are accepted only according to our Return Policy. Opened nutraceutical products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations unless damaged or incorrect.

All content on this website including logo, brand name, images, graphics, product designs, and text is the exclusive property of KUH. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

KUH shall not be liable for improper product use, allergic reactions not disclosed by customers, medical complications arising from existing conditions, or delayed shipments caused by third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
